The number of sessions depends entirely on your goals. For a specific event, like a single speech or presentation, a focused 3-session package can provide significant improvement. For those looking for a total vocal and narrative transformation, our 8-week signature course is the most effective pathway. We also offer long-term retainer options for executives who want ongoing support for their various communication needs throughout the year. During your initial consultation, we will assess your current level and recommend a plan that fits your objectives and timeline.

We offer both! Our studio in downtown Austin is specifically designed for high-impact, in-person training. However, we have refined our methodology for the virtual environment and have successfully coached clients across the globe. Our virtual sessions utilize professional audio and video tools to ensure that the feedback is just as precise as if we were in the same room. Many of our corporate clients choose a hybrid model, with an initial in-person workshop followed by virtual one-on-one coaching sessions.

Yes, corporate training is a large part of what we do. We offer customizable workshops for leadership teams, sales departments, and technical staff. These programs can range from a single half-day intensive to a multi-month development series. We work closely with HR and department heads to ensure the curriculum aligns with the company's specific goals and communication challenges. We value the time of both our clients and our coaches. We require at least 48 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of a personal coaching session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full rate. For group workshops and corporate training events, our policy is outlined in the specific contract for that engagement. We understand that emergencies happen, and we do our best to be flexible when life throws you a curveball, but consistent commitment is key to the transformation process.
